Spa construction

Spa complexes range from small, cozy private spas to giant spas in large hotels and water parks. The spa is a complex, it is a possibility of several different water treatments, ie if you have a sauna and a swimming pool, you can already consider yourself a spa owner. However, even those who have at least two types of saunas (traditional, steam or infrared) can say that they have a spa. As a name and a phenomenon in our jargon and leisure moments, the spa is probably the last 10-20 years and still a description of something big and powerful. For many, the stereotype is that a spa is the same as a water park. Even if a person is invited to visit a private house, the joys of a medium-sized water park are rather expected.

In reality, it is a set of steam rooms, different pools or baths, which the owner has put together according to his wishes and possibilities.

As can be seen from our illustrations, if there is no pool and no other steam room, many saunas are not different from spas, no set standards have been created for sauna (s) and pool to come together. All associations are decided by the customer. The only thing that affects the choice to build a spa or an ordinary sauna is the size of the room and the technical conditions that have already been set when building the house.

Our experience shows that private spa subscribers are broadly divided into two. Some want to see the possibility and location of the spa already when designing the house, others have the existing rooms rebuilt or order an extension to the house. Spas are also booked on the ground floor or basement of apartment buildings. However, more often, spas are ordered by private house owners. Unfortunately, there are relatively few plots that allow the pool. Usually, our team of designers will decide on the location of the spa complex, which is the size of a medium sauna.

Realistic visualization

The 3D design of the spas allows you to see all the details in the design phase exactly as they will look in the final stage.

3D design

The 3D design of the spas allows you to see all the details in the design phase exactly as they will look in the final stage. When developing a 3D project, designers can test and offer the customer a range of options, colors and materials. If you coordinate a design project with your family members, for example, only the visualization visible on the computer can very faithfully give an idea of what has already been invented and will help to avoid disappointment in the final stage of the work. The first stage of planning takes place in the usual way – on a plane. Based on the dimensions of the room and the customer’s wishes, our team puts all the necessary components on the plan. The design takes into account all the specifics and conditions: electrical wiring, ventilation, access to utility rooms, access needs to adjoining rooms, the view from the window and many other details that may seem insignificant at first glance. When developing a 3D project, coordination with the customer is convenient. One picture is better than a thousand words – our work could not be better described. The ability to examine the final result of the project from all perspectives from your computer speeds up the coordination process considerably. The final result of the design project remains with the customer even if only the project is ordered from us. No matter who starts building, it is good to know what the finished premises should look like at the end of the work.

Maintenance

However, the use of modern technology, even in a seemingly simple area such as a sauna, requires its maintenance. Any sauna or spa that has equipment, mechanical or electronic, is somewhat dangerous. Sudden changes in temperature, high humidity, evaporation of oils – all this forces the manufacturers of technology to use more durable materials but also to make the products more complex. Each technical device of the sauna is designed to create exactly the atmosphere of comfort that we value spas for. Every machine or apparatus works better and longer if we constantly take care of it. Some pipes or wires run inside the wall or under the floor and cannot be repaired unless the wall or floor needs to be broken. However, it is better to avoid spoilage to prevent repair. Systems that control filtration or dosing need to be set up and maintained, as their maintenance depends no more or less on your health. However, this does not mean that all systems and devices must be monitored at all times. Adequate maintenance means systematic control, replacement or addition of wearing parts or substances, and most importantly – customer comfort. During the warranty period, the scheduled inspection is in accordance with the manufacturer. However, even at the end of the warranty period, customers who value comfort will continue with us a maintenance contract, because it is quite convenient and they do not have to familiarize themselves with the details themselves. Replacing reagents and filters, adjusting dosimeters, inspecting sensors and systems, all this work up to cleaning and disinfection, will be done by our specialists at your convenience.
