House booking conditions:

When paying by transfer, indicate the invoice number. Companies can also pay in advance by invoice or letter of guarantee. If the booking fee has not been received within 3 working days, the house will be re-offered. Cancellations must be notified 14 days in advance, otherwise the deposit will not be refunded. When renting out houses in exceptional cases, a deposit will be taken by agreement, which will be returned to the client the next day upon handing over the house - provided that the house and its inventory are in order and undamaged !!!!
